A teenager was in a London hospital, and a group of high school students threatened a protest against the police after an officer used a Taser to break up a brawl on Thursday. The clash between two young men around noon on a sidewalk near Dundas St. Maitland Street, on a video phone that was recorded quickly made YouTube. The images show a fighter hit the other with a chair as an officer rushes to the feet of the road and shoot an arrow from a Taser stun gun on a youngJeans and a black shirt. From the video it seems the two men were separated when the officer approached. The audience gasps as the Taser, the tips seem to hit the man's face. He falls down and is motionless for almost a minute. "He was shot in the head. They never ask," another man yelling in the video. Greening Vivian drove his scooter to Dundas St., as it came through the melee. The officer gave no warning before the use of its stun guns,Greening said. "He just pulled the Taser and shot him," he said. "They did not even try, the children (or) talk to the children cry." It is not clear from the amateur video, with its sound imperfect, if the agent had to give a warning
